Dear Friends:

We are honored to serve the residents of the 4th Ward and the citizens of Danbury.  We have made constituent service and accessibility the hallmark of our tenure on the Council and continue a record of accomplishment for the 4th Ward and Danbury.
This record of accomplishment includes providing tax relief to senior citizens the disabled and Veterans while fighting to close tax loopholes and tax giveaways to large corporate residential developers at the expense of local residents.  We will work with local and State Officials to continue to address road and intersection problems throughout the 4th Ward including the Route 6/Newtown Road corridor, Shelter Rock Road area and other traffic trouble spots to improve safety and traffic flow.
We have been working with parents, teachers, the PTO and fellow City Officials to address educational issues and are pleased that in addition to the previous renovations and upgrades Shelter Rock School will now receive modular classroom pods to address current overcrowding.  We will continue to address overcrowding, security and other educational concerns while working to ensure our neighborhood schools are providing a quality education.

We have worked with area residents to opposed ill conceived projects that would harm neighborhoods and lower property values such as expansion of nonconforming industrial uses that would negatively impact local residents and we continue to fight a proposed garbage transfer station on Plumtrees Road.  We are doing this while working with local businesses and residents to support responsible commercial and industrial growth that creates jobs, expands our tax base without burdening city taxpayers.
While much has been accomplished there is more to be done and we appreciate your support in these efforts so we may continue our advocacy on your behalf to improve the quality of life in our neighborhoods and our City and to make government more accessible for all people.  Thank you and please contact us with any questions or concerns by calling, writing or clicking here.
